Sewn in Lithuania. Delivery within Lithuania is free. We ship to other EU countries for a fee — you will see the exact price and term at checkout, based on the delivery country.
Delivery
We send orders by courier across Lithuania. You will see the exact delivery method, term and price at the checkout step, based on the address you choose.
Custom-size (made-to-measure) covers are made to order, so they can take longer to prepare than standard-size items — we state the estimated term in the order confirmation.
Returns & right of withdrawal
Standard (catalogue) size items can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Lithuanian consumer protection law. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Covers sewn to your individual measurements are made to your specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). This does not affect your rights regarding manufacturing defects or non-conformity of the item.

Quality
We sew our covers in Lithuania from selected fabrics. If you notice a manufacturing defect or the item does not match the description, contact us — with your order number and photos we will resolve it in line with the law.
