How long does it take to make made-to-measure covers?
Made-to-measure covers are made to order, so they take longer to prepare than standard-size items. We state the estimated preparation and delivery term in the order confirmation.
What cover sizes can I order?
We offer standard pillow, mattress and topper cover sizes, and for a non-standard bed or mattress size we sew the cover to the measurement you provide.
How do I measure correctly so the cover fits?
Measure the item width, length and height (thickness) in centimetres — the cover height must match the mattress or topper thickness so the cover holds firmly. If in doubt, contact us — we will help you choose the size.
Can I return a cover?
Standard-size items can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Covers sewn to your individual measurements are made to your specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Article 16(c)), except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
What fabrics are the covers made from?
We sew our covers in Lithuania from selected fabrics; you will find the fabric composition and properties of a specific model in the product description.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We ship across Lithuania. You will see the exact delivery method, term and price at checkout based on the address you choose.
