14-day right of withdrawal (standard sizes)

When buying at a distance, you may return standard (catalogue) size products within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9; Lithuanian legislation). The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Made-to-measure covers

Covers sewn to the individual measurements you specify are made to your specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). This does not remove your rights regarding manufacturing defects or non-conformity of the product with the contract.

How to return

1. Write to info@uzvalkalai.lt, stating the order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive return instructions and the address.
3. Once a product in proper condition is returned, we refund the money within the period set by law, using the same payment method.

Manufacturing defects and non-conformity

If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the description, contact us - we will resolve the situation in accordance with the law (this right applies to made-to-measure products too).
